Always one of the best restaurants to visit when you're in Gulf Shores. The Pizza is always very good, and it is great leftover or warmed up. The peel and eat shrimp is awesome, and if you're looking for baked oysters, seriously look no further. You can go to the more expensive/fancier places, but their oysters are garbage next to Papa Rocco's. We always eat here when we vacation in Gulf Shores.

Ordered to go - they were so busy when we went to pick it up. Loved that they had a parking attendant. They gave us a wrong pizza - called and they made it right in no time. It tasted so good! Will definitely go here again next time we are in town. Exactly what you want a pizza to be.

The pizza was delicious. I did a takeout order. The guy who answered the phone and took my order was not very friendly bit the people that greeted me when picking up were very nice. They had a lot of neat pictures on the walls signed by various people. So from what I saw the dine in atmosphere would be neat.

Stopped for lunch got a pizza and some cheesy bread. Both were piping hot and delicious. Service was fast but personable. Everyone seemed glad we stopped in.

My very 1st time BLT awesome delish! Would order aGAIN Noise level is high but D’Place is filled with Golden Sr’s could become my new hangout, either some or hard-a-hearing so its no wonder y’all we got Boomer Rocker’s in here. Hands-down, the most reasonably priced meal you will get in Gulf Shores. Not only that, but the food was amazing. I would highly recommend this restaurant if you’re looking to have great pizza on the beach. We did take out, and the hostess was extremely polite.

Cool atmosphere with live music. It was very late and we were starving after arriving in town. Ordered garlic bread, pizza, peel-n-eat shrimp and stuffed mushrooms. The pizza was waaaay too greasy with not enough sauce but the garlic bread was crispy and fluffy and the stuffed mushrooms are amazing. You get a lot of shrimp for 6.95. the live singer was super fun and staff very helpful and attentive.

Papa Rocco’s has long been a staple in Gulf Shores and each time I visit, I know why. The pizza is great, the pasta is phenomenal, and the beer is ice cold. Oh and the service and atmosphere take it over the top. They always make you feel like a regular whether you’ve been there 100 times and they actually know you, or if you just visit while on vacation. This place comes highly recommended by our entire group.
